Soothing Ginger Lemon Honey Tea
Serves: 1
2 cup hot water
5-10 slices of ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lemon (or 1/2 if it’s big and juicy)
1-2 tablespoons honey (or agave if you prefer)
Peel and slice ginger and juice lemon. Boil water.
Add ginger and lemon juice to a glass and pour in the water. Let steep for several minutes.
Then drizzle in the honey. Stir before drinking
